Servant Leadership

Servant Leadership is a concept coined by Robert Greenleaf to explain that a public leader should be a good servant first before they can become a good leader. Next check out the iCompass blog on what it takes for a Municipal Clerk to become a servant leader and practice those concepts espoused by Greenleaf. in your local or regional government. Write a blog incorporating how the Executive Director of the Brownwood Housing Authority position could be improved by practicing servant leadership. Make sure to research their job duties to be able to give specific examples in your blog. The blog should be 2 pages double spaced, written in a more conversational language. Assume you might be writing for your locality website. You should not need references or quotes
as your response should be a completely original blog, not taken from other sources with the possible exception of a job
description. Note the BHA currently has a very lacking website and no official initiative for the homeless population. I would be sure to focus here.
