Science and human nature

Choose a pseudoscientific claim and investigate it. What is the claim based on? What scientific evidence exists to support (or debunk) the claim? What conclusions do you draw from this evidence?

Summarize your findings in a 4 page paper (double spaced, 11-12 pt font, title page and bibliography separate and not included in page count). At least 3 reputable sources (peer-reviewed articles and books, not random websites) must be utilized. Note that a quick search of “pseudoscience” in the library catalog brings up at least a dozen hits, so there is plenty out there to draw from!
