Recruiting and Retention
Write a 2-3 page business brief that includes the following items:
Analyze your organization’s processes for employee recruiting and retention. What is it doing well and what could be improved?
What key result areas in HR recruiting and retention has your organization set, wWhy did they choose these metrics, and how are they doing toward meeting those metrics? Review the HR metrics sample.
What human resources planning has occurred to support the strategic direction of your organization? Recommend improvements.
Include a reference list that includes at least 3 to 5 professional or scholarly resources (at least two resources have to be from the Masters of HRM Journal List).
