Identify ONE leadership challenge and critically evaluate the ways in which leaders can address this challenge. You need to critically evaluate the suitability of two leadership approaches (e.g. contingency, LMX, charismatic, transformational, transactional, distributed, situational, authentic, ethical) in relation to your chosen challenge.
