Case:
Write a memo to your employer on two pages or less on the following issue: You’ve been advised that your company’s most successful Senior Account Manager has been forwarding emails complaining about the President of the United States to other people in the company and to some of your company’s clients. One of the recent emails included remarks supportive of what is perceived by some as insensitive towards immigrants and members of Arab descent. One of your employees filed a complaint with Human Resources that the emails were partisan against the members of their political party. No complaint about the other remarks has been raised. Your boss has asked you how you recommend handling the situation. Include in your answer a detailed description of what possible lawsuits, if any, could be filed and how to best handle the situation with the Senior Account Manager.
