What is Organizational Culture?

In Chapter 1, Schein walks you through five brief examples of organizational cultures he has encountered as a consultant. Think about a current or past employer (employer doesn’t need to be listed) and identify at least three of the cultural norms and issues within the organization. How have those cultural norms and issues impacted the work environment? Have these norms improved performance and morale, or hindered them?
