Levels of Organizational Culture

Think about a group you are a member of (Golden Key International Honour Society). Classify all that you observe and know about the group into the basic categories of artifacts, espoused values, and basic assumptions. What additional questions do you need to ask of your colleagues to decipher the basic assumptions?
