Hi there!
Thank you for your great work I really like your content. However, it could have been excellent if the instructions and guidelines were followed as given. Overall, although solid but the paper’s organization was little rushed. First, I noticed there is no introduction or conclusion to the paper, there are no transitions between the different parts throughout the paper which caused issues. However, I did make some adjustments of the format. The revision that is needed is mostly due to not following the instructions and guidelines carefully. I have attached the paper with highlights and comments. Please after going back to the read the instructions given please consider the following missed points:
Part A: SWOT Analysis
1) SWOT matrix is needed in other to perform a SWOT analysis to define organizational efforts and needs.
2) Summary of results addressing areas that could pose as risks issues for a successful implementation
Part B: The request for Proposal (RFP) that will be sent to all vendor.
1) I needed a real cover letter that addressed the RFP, not a format.
2) Proposal Information (Please refer to notes that are provided)
3) List questions for vendors (missing), that include the following topics : a) Functional Specifications, b)Technical Requirements, c) Implementation requirements, d)Systems Costs .
Part C: Vendor Comparison
You need to select the two top vendors (please see notes).
1) Create a matrix to compare the 2 vendors aligned with organizational needs and the Questions from your Request for Proposal (RFP).
2) Based on the matrix, select the vendor you want for implementation and prepare a proposal for the chief information officer (CIO). The proposal should discuss the following
a) The matrix that compare the two vendors against RFP Questions
b) The methodology used to choose a vendor and justification of your decision.
Part D: Executive Presentation
I need 15 slides for the PowerPoint presentation instead of 13 and please make sure to include all 5 topics as per instruction. I also need the paper adjustments to be reflected in the presentation. Thank you.
Part E: Implementation Plan
Please refer to guidelines to address all points.
1 .Project timeline (You addressed all points)
2. Training development: d), e), f), g) are missing. We need it for all staff listed.
3. Data Quality plan Development (Please refer to instructions)
2 new positions will be needed as part of the new implementation: Database Manager and Data Quality Manager (Not IT Team).
1) You need to develop job descriptions for each new position.
2) Outline data characteristics and requirements.
3) Outline tracking systems that will be used
4) Outline procedures for analyzing data and information
5) Outline procedures for ongoing improvements
As mentioned above, I need an introduction, conclusion and transitions throughout the paper needed for a well-organized paper.
