Human history during the 15th century

Based on what we have learned thus far in Chapter 12, what important developments for the course of human history occurred during the fifteenth century? In your discussion compare and contrast those civilizations of the fifteenth century, especially their political (degree of government complexity) and cultural developments. Then evaluate as to why some historians have described the Inca Empire as “totalitarian” or “socialist.” Do such terms seem appropriate? How else might you describe the Inca state? Then analyze similarities and differences between Aztecs and Incas empires as well as the rise and fall of both.
