Description of StrengthsFinder assessment results: Provide a description of the results of your StrengthsFinder assessment.
Integration of StrengthsFinder assessment results with autobiographical content: Describe the integration of StrengthsFinder assessment results with autobiographical content.
What events in your personal, professional, educational, and spiritual journey have developed from these strengths?
The events described should reference a specific event or series of events, not a general period of time.
The events should reflect several areas of your life and not be limited to just professional or just educational endeavors.
The events can be positive and/or negative, but should be tied directly to your strengths.
Faith Integration: Describe the relevance of faith in strengths.
How is your faith reflected in your strengths?
How has your faith been impacted as a result of the strengths and the events detailed in section 3?
“Faith Integration” is general and is not limited to a Judeo-Christian faith; discussion of faith integration can reflect whatever worldview you come from.

Reflect upon the difference it makes knowing your strengths information, including the impact on your professional and educational career.
How would pre-knowledge of your strengths have made a difference in other areas of your life?
Application and Planning:
Describe what changes you would like to make as a result of the StrengthsFinder assessment.
What are some (2-3) specific strategies for accomplishing those changes?
