Culture change in long term facility

Long term care is continually changing in many ways – one way it is changing is that it is consumer driven – and future residents will not put up with institutional care their grandparents and parents had. They want culture change – please look at the following resource website and either from you own experience or what you would want to see please write out a culture change plan. Pick one or two items you are going to work on at your facility and how you will get your team members to buy into that change. This only needs to be a page long and the plan does not have to be completely worked out but rather I just want you to discuss things that you think would make a difference in long term care.
