Character analysis
Directions:
You will write a paper that discusses one or more of the stories we have read in the FICTION portion of this class. The paper will be a minimum of 3 pages in length and will follow MLA format as discussed on the first day of class and as is shown on the MLA formatted handout.
Your paper will be a character analysis
Write a character analysis of any character from one of the pieces of fiction you read.
You may write about any character, but here are a couple of ideas:
Summers in “The Lottery” Sammy in “A&P”
The Misfit or the Grandmother in “A Good Man is Hard to Find”
The girl in “Hill Like White Elephants” (this one was not assigned, just an additional example)
