You work for a health maintenance organization and one of the companies that your HMO has a contract with contacts you about a growing expense they believe you can help them with. The company is a large successful energy company in Houston with a high employee retention rate. While they are proud to say their employees are dedicated to the company and remain with them for years, they have had to pay greater fees for employee medications, particularly for treating high cholesterol and hypertension. They would like you to develop a worksite wellness program to improve their employees’ health status and reduce their need for medication to treat high cholesterol and hypertension specifically. They ask you to develop a proposal before they provide funding for the project.

Develop and describe a nutrition program to solve the problem. Include goals, objectives, target audience, change strategies (i.e., how will you change behaviors of the program participants?), setting, necessary supplies, etc. to be used.

The paper should also include the proper title page, section headings for each of the 5 components of the paper, and references as set out in APA Format.
