Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank has employed your team as consultants to assess the company’s overall situation and recommend strategies to improve the company’s future prospects. He expects you to deliver an in-depth report, along with a cogent Executive Summary, that demonstrates thorough research and resulting justification. This report should provide a thorough external and internal analysis using all applicable tools and techniques found in chapters 1-4 of the course’s textbook and/or discussed in class.
After performing this analysis, he requires that you determine the major 3-5 issues that he needs to have strategies to address. For each of these issues, he looks forward to reviewing your proposed strategy to address each issue.
This report should be no longer than 8 pages (Times New Roman, single-spaced, 12 pt. font), excluding the Executive Summary and appendices. The appendices should include an assortment of original (not copied from the case!) charts, tables, and exhibits to support your analysis and recommendations (be sure to refer appropriately to these appendix items in the body of your report).
