Main:
Tell us about the METHOD – how it is done. What are the advantages and/or disadvantages? Where and how it can be used? Any controversial surrounding the method? What are the decisions/recommendations/improvements?
Conclusion: Should summarise the central point made in discussion section, reinforcing for the reader the value and implication of the work.
Therefore, any conclusions should be based on observations and data already discussed. It is considered extremely bad form to introduce new data in the conclusions.
