smartphone application of your choice
Class Project Due date: Thursday 9\4\2020
Use the Heuristic evaluation method to evaluate any website/smartphone application of your choice.
Note1: The project is to be done INDIVIDUALLY.
Note2: Each student will need to submit a report and an audio/video presentation on Blackboard.
Note3: You don’t have to use all 10 heuristics, but do not use less than 5 heuristics.
Note4: You may use the heuristics either on the positive or negative side. However, you need to justify your selection.
Note5: Support your answer with pictures of the website/application you choose.
Report Outline:
1. 1- Introduction: Give brief information about the heuristic evaluation method and the website/application you choose.
2. 2- Method: Describe the selected features/tasks of the website\application and use pictures to further explain the features\tasks.
3. 3- Result: Describe: 1- which heuristic applies to which feature\task, 2- whether the selected feature\task is satisfactory or not in terms of the selected heuristic. 3- proposed design modification for the feature that is opposed to the appropriate heuristic.
4. 4- Conclusion: Give brief summary of the report and determine whether the website/application is usable.
You will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. 1- Quality of content
2. 2- Organization of the material.
3. 3- Using own words
4. 4- Using proper English
5. 5- Quality of presentation
