Research Program Application Question
One goal of GEAR program is to promote and increase diversity in the engineering community. We hope that GEAR participants will promote diversity and inclusion values within engineering to support students who are underrepresented in STEM. We would like to know about your understanding of what diversity and inclusion means in the engineering profession.
