Re rewrite /Re phrase warning letter

Warning 1 – On January 14, 2020 (Tuesday), Johnny Hoto came to work and decided to take two 60-minute breaks without a notice. Additionally, he left work early without prior authorization from the management team. He only informed Peter Yousef that he will be returning back to work on Wednesday but failed to receive prior consent. Johnny has willfully took longer breaks and left the work early without obtaining prior authorization from the management team.

Warning 2 – On January 14, 2020 (Tuesday), Sean has lost a deal with one of the merchants. In reaction to this event, he lost control of his emotion, got aggressively angry and displayed unprofessional behavior by using unacceptable language which disrupted the operation at work. In addition, he took unauthorized breaks throughout the day. Peter Yousef has sent Sean home early after witnessing his unprofessional behavior.
