Two part discussion, please use your readings and examples for both parts.
1) discuss how American politics has changed and mobilized from the 1976 on ward to current day? in what ways does the big sort affect our 2020 election?
2) part two of discussion: as your readings point out, Parties are not mentioned in the Articles of Confederation, the Declaration of Independence, or even the Constitution, how have parties become mainstream and distinct in American politics today?
