Design the Plan:
In this section of the assignment, develop your ideas based on the executive summary presented in part 1 (its attached) . As reviewed in the Omnichannel Customer Journey presentation, one of the most important aspects of omnichannel marketing is to know where your customers are, meet them there and offer them a seamless experience. With this in mind, your marketing plan must include the following:
Refer to the PowerPoint presentation “Omnichannel in Customer Journey” (its attached)
Identify which part(s) of the Customer Journey you will be focusing on in your plan
Awareness, Consideration, Purchase, Retention, Advocacy
This should be based on the challenges you identified in the Executive Summary
Determine which channels you will be using to target your consumers and explain your rationale for this decision
Explanation of the target consumer (consumer persona)
Include demographics, psychographics and devices used
Why you believe this consumer “lives” on the channel of your choosing
Create, develop and explain 2-3 tactics for each of the channels you have identified
Refer back to the goals and how each of these tactics delivers the required metrics
Give a timeline of when these tactics could or would be “rolled out” to audiences

This assignment has to be based on the PART 1 (which is attached)
