Disease Process: Type 1 Diabetes (formerly known as Juvenile Diabetes)
-Presenting with a PowerPoint presentation with the following:
-Disease process that is treated by drug or drug group.
-Type of drugs-compare and contrast at least 2 drugs used to treat disease based on
– Mode of action
– Drug interaction
– Efficacy
– Safety
– Cost
– Expected outcomes
– This is a 2 part assignment, in the last week I will do a presentation on the drug insulin Lispro (short Acting) Humalog which is used with the same disease process
-This presentation will have a 3 to 5 minute video with it as well.
