Written essay, Tasks for Continuing Professional Development and Lifelong learning based on skills analysis to support development plan, together with self reflection of your learning.
Purpose of this assessment
This purpose of this assessment is to help the learner to develop skills and competencies for identifying the essential elements required to undertake a critical analysis of own personal and professional learning requirements for Lifelong learning and professional development. The need for continuous assessment of current skills and competencies and identifying development needs is crucial for successful career progression and personal growth and confidence in their abilities.
In addition to the above PASS criteria, this assignment gives you the opportunity to submit evidence in order to achieve the following MERIT and DISTINCTION grades:
