For this assignment, refer to pages 70–72 in your textbook, and read the following case study: “How Many Calls Does It Take to Change a Light Bulb?”
After reading the case study, write an essay that meets the following criteria:
Explain the basic responsibilities of hospitality managers given the situation at hand.
Do you feel that the hospitality managers are doing everything to address the situation?
What best practices should the hospitality management be using to address the issue(s) and remedy the situation?
Identify which cost-efficient strategies are being used in the building, and explain whether or not they are helping the hotel.
Your assignment needs to be at least two pages in length, not including your title page and reference page. You must include at least two outside resources, one of which can be your textbook. Your paper should be formatted using APA style.
