Here is the additional comment from Prof on Part 1 if you needed: The first couple sections of your paper were off to a great start, and I appreciated reading about your self-awareness- I think your plan to work on your self-confidence is great! However, I think you need to develop a much more detailed action plan. What exactly are you going to do? How will you measure whether or not you’re successful? You should have specific goals that are measurable, so I would recommend outlining your plan and your goals in more detail.
