This lit review should focus on barriers that female OEF/OIF veterans face accessing mental health care in the veterans’ hospital. The differences between mental health treatment between male and female veterans. The need for more research to be done on female veterans (specifically mental health).
All of the research should be based on female veterans in the united states military who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
