The purpose of the course is to give you the opportunity to think about what kind of leader you want to be in the future. The purpose of the paper is to cause you to put those thoughts in writing at this stage of your career. Write a paper based on the scenario provided below.

Scenario

You are starting a job as the CEO of a new company. As part of this process, you want to let the people in the company know what kind of leader you are and what they can expect from you.

Assignment

Write a memo to the company titled, “My Leadership Philosophy” that describes your approach to leadership in detail. It should be no more than two pages long.
