Focus on a famous leader and his or her leadership style, ethics, and credibility and analyze that leader in regard to The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. Now it is time to take what you have learned in those areas and apply it in a self-reflection.

Analyze your own values, beliefs, and behaviors in terms of you being an effective leader.
Choose two leadership theories that you most relate to in terms of your own leadership. Provide a substantive overview of each leadership theory, including history, theorist, developments since the theory was created, similarities between the two theories, and differences between the two theories.
Compare your own leadership with that of the leader you selected in regard to values-based, mission-focused leadership using The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. Where are you similar to that leader and where are you different from that leader in each of the practices? What development do you need to do in order to become the leader that you desire to be in relation to those Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership?
