Journal Three Drug Evidence
Reflective Journal Three – Drug Evidence
Chapter 14 examines drug and drug evidence. The author of the text focuses heavily on differing classes of drugs and provides a solid overview of the differences between drugs and the effects of their use. What is noticeably missing is a review of many of the techniques related to collection of drugs and what some of the current practices surrounding presumptive drug field-testing are currently examining.
For this reflection review the links provided in this week’s folder specific to presumptive drug testing and current policies at Harris County Sheriff’s Office and Houston Police Department. Then answer the following questions. You must answer all questions in order to earn full credit. Questions must be answered using full and complete sentences. Answers must be typewritten, in 12-point times new roman font. It is recommended that you proofread your reflective journal prior to submission, as 10 points of this assignment will be graded on grammar, punctuation, and proper sentence structure. This assignment must be uploaded as a Word document (.doc or .docx). Remember if you use any sources as part of your reflection, you MUST cite them in correct APA format, both in text and with a citation at the conclusion of your reflection.
