Develop a code of ethics and plan for implementation for an organization that has hired you as a management consultant. The organization can be a current employer/former employer (Huntington Bank). Submit a one page executive summary describing the ethics code, develop a PowerPoint presentation with details notes in the PowerPoint (notes section) about the code of ethics and the implementation plan. You will also need to include reference to the need for policies for the above items (whistle blower, sexual harassment, etc.) that you reviewed in your code of ethics. You do not to create new policies for each of these. But your code should display your knowledge of them and their importance for your organization.
