Instructions
This assignment is to write Part 4 of your comprehensive Human Resource Management Plan. Part 4 should be four pages in length and include:
How you plan to retain employees.
A safety plan or set of guidelines.
A progressive disciplinary system.
As you write your paper, be sure to address the following:
Your retention strategy
An employment engagement plan (be innovative here)
A safety plan
A progressive disciplinary system
Handling immediate employee separation situations
Policies to prevent unwanted employee behaviors
Your paper must include cited references from both course texts, at least one biblical reference, and at least one peer-reviewed journal article.
In addition, your paper must be:
Four pages in length (not including the cover page and reference page).
Constructed using body paragraphs and a conclusion with quality college-level writing. An introduction is not required for this paper since it is the last part of the final paper you will submit in this session.
Written in Word using APA format. It should include the following:
You do not need a separate cover page for Part 4, since you will submit it as part of the Final Assignment paper.
Times New Roman font (size 12), double-spaced
In-text citations to support main points
You do not need a separate reference page for Part 4, since you will submit it as part of the Final Assignment paper. However, you will still need to include references for Part 4 in the reference page of your final paper with full APA references for each in-text citation used for support.
