Next, identify two key private sector policy actors that were influential in the passage of the ACA.  Explain who they were and specify how they influenced what was (or was not) included in the Affordable Care Act.

2) Identify at least two key provisions of healthcare reform that President Obama sacrificed in order to pass the Affordable Care Act. Then, place yourself in President Obama’s shoes (assume you had the same policy goals as he did at the time) and explain whether you would have made these deals in order to get some form of healthcare reform through Congress. In other words, would you have made the deals he made?
