Fatigue and Burnout in the Anesthesia Provider: A Threat to Patient Safety
While citing the textbook Oster, C.A., & Braaten, J.S. (Eds.). (2016). High reliability organizations: A healthcare handbook for patient safety & quality, and/or other theoretical and empirical citations, students link principles and theories/models of quality improvement and patient outcomes to discussions on the safety threat related to the issue of fatigue and burnout in the Nurse Anesthesia provider.

Answer the following three questions.
