Discussion: Answer the following questions. Your response should be a minimum of 5 paragraphs, with each paragraph containing a minimum of 5 sentences. You are expected to include at least one scholarly source, and provide a full APA citation. PLEASE NOTE: scholarly sources are NOT websites, books, textbooks, news articles, magazines, or documentaries.

Discuss whether anyone should be excused legally and/or morally for their behavior. In your response, touch on the following questions:
• Is a child before the legal age of reason morally culpable for their actions?
o Why or why not?
o What should the age of reason be?
• What are some situations in which the individual cannot be considered rational or, alternatively, is not acting from free will?
o Can the behavior that results be defined as moral or immoral?
• What about a person who says they “couldn’t help himself”?
• Do you hold someone just as accountable for acts that are reckless and acts that are deliberate?
