Answer the three questions at the end of the Ethics Case Study. But in doing so:
You must explain your conclusions in the context of the eight principles of the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative. Merely stating a conclusion such as “this action will enhance the long-term viability of the company” will receive little credit. You need to explain why you have reached that conclusion (i.e., “this action will enhance the long-term viability of the company because…”). In your analysis, use examples of the application of ethical philosophies, such as Kant’s categorical imperative, Utilitarianism, Rights and Duties, and so forth.
If a company’s actions provide multiple examples of ethical or unethical behavior, you should analyze each of those examples.
Use at least 3 outside references. You may use either APA or MLA format.
