Select an organization. It could be the same organization that you used for Applied Paper #1. Explain the ethical and organizational culture to include leadership effectiveness, stakeholder balance, process integrity, and long term perspective explored on pages 166-168 of the textbook. Identify what change should take place to improve the organization. Using Chapter 4 references, how you would communicate the needed change to all the appropriate stakeholders? In creating this communication plan, what ethical practices must be considered, using information from Chapter 7 of the textbook. You should include references from your book and at least three other outside academic journal references. This paper should follow APA standards (http://careered.libguides.com/ctu/apa/ctu/citation) and be at least 5 pages not including the cover and reference page.
You need to present a summary of your paper, and lead a discussion of it, on the last day of class. PowerPoint is suggested.
