The main idea for the paper is for it to be a claim(something that could be disagreed with). I chose to make my claim that Claudius′ actions effect people and those affected people affect even more people(ripple effect). You can change some of what I already have, just put it there to give a general idea of the paper. You can even change the claim if you really want.
