Elements of a Communication Process
-The starting point of the analysis should be the identification of all element and components of the communication process in the selected commercial ADIDAS BREAKFREE , write down if there is something unusual or new or unique in the Ad. and show is the collaboration done, was there any ARTISTIC VALUE, CREATIVE, ATTRACTIVE, EMOTIONS? if not then you should ask the question of WHY.
-Also add if there is any court cases or any legal cases against this commerical.
-When considering (the communication process message component), please note that every commercial (Ad) has a message which consist of at least one reason and a conclusion. The conclusion is the target audience’s hoped-for response; it is the hoped-for reaction; it is what ad’s sponsor wants the target audience to do (believe, think …etc) as a result of being exposed to the commercial.
-It highly recommended that you identify the reason(s), the conclusion, message structure and its appeal.
It might be a good idea to address the issue of message sidedness (i.e. one/two-sided message). If one-sided, why it is as such and what could be the other side is?
It is highly recommended that you conclude the report with a recommendation stating what could be done or changed in your selected commercial to make it better.
