Step 1: Using the Concorde’s Online Library or other scholarly websites, review the Hippocratic Oath and what it truly means for healthcare professionals. Research the developmental stages of a fetus and research your state laws in regard to abortion and late-term abortion.

Step 2: Create an essay that addresses how a healthcare professional is allowed to perform an abortion knowing they have taken an oath to “do no harm.” Even if you don’t agree with abortion, you still need to provide a coherent, quality essay regarding how medical professionals can complete this medical procedure without losing their license.
