current legal topic of interest to you

this assignment consists of finding a current legal topic of interest to you. you may look in newspaper, magazines, or other online resources. you may choose current litigation, mergers, new technologies or other legal topics.
fist step: write a paragraph(minimum 250 words) using a good sentence structure with proper spelling, grammar and punctuation. And also, you must provide a weblink citation to the article or news report and list the citation at the end of the first paragraph.
second step: provide a description of what source of law your topic centers upon. if there are multiple sources of law, please provide all of them.
third step: write on paragraph (minimum 150 words) which describes your opinion of the legal topic or the direction you believe the legal topic will go. I want you to explore your attitudes/thoughts on the legal topic. I do now want the positives and negatives of a particular issue. I want to know what you think about the particular legal issue you have chosen to explore and follow and how you might persuade me to your way of thinking about the subject.
