critical thinking and reflection
It is an individual report including two parts, the first part is critical thinking, and the context is shown in the PDF, the second part is about reflection in the teamwork. My team have five-member (team leader, vice leader, two worrkflow coordinators, researcher), and i am the one of workflow coordinator. The team operate and process: discussed the managerial problems then choose the managerial problem and define the research question, separate the task by phone call and face to the face group meeting. team problem: have different opinions.
