Communication Plan

As a healthcare administrator, you are required to report any ethical and legal incidents to your Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
Develop a communication plan which includes a presentation to the stakeholders and also a written plan.

The Board expects transparency, as do the other stakeholders, including the public.
