Class presentations and discussions on an infectious disease topic HIV

Class presentations and discussions on an infectious disease topic HIV. The mechanics are: It is expected that the discussions will be scholarly and on a professional level.
The presentations will be evaluated on several criteria. The criteria are:
a. Clarity
b. Depth of understanding
c. Delivery
d. Handling of questions
e. Written critique
Prepare a 5 page (double space) synopsis paper (written critique) on the topic of HIV. The page limit excludes the Cover page, table of contents, and references.
f. In this synopsis, you should set down the explicit ideas briefly, support them with appropriate material and then summarize your major points. Some key points that should be included in the paper are listed below.
g. Synopses will have at least five non-internet website references listed and discussed. Internet references (.gov) may be included but do not count toward the five required references.
h. The synopsis must have the following sections:
i. Cover page (not included in page total)
ii. Executive Summary (a paragraph summarizing the topic)
iii. Table of contents (not included in page total)
iv. Introduction to the disease
v. Pathophysiology, symptoms and diagnosis
vi. Epidemiology (this should be the largest section)
vii. Treatment
viii. Prevention
ix. Summary
x. References (not included in page total)
Tables, figures and diagrams do not count against the page limit.
APA 6 format is the designated style.

Note: In summary, what I need is a 5-page synopsis as a word document on HIV.
