Please write a 2 – 3 page application paper using the general demand function shown on page 40 of your text book. To do this, select a good or service and identify and discuss how each of the independent variables in the function relate to the product. While you will not have actual parameter estimates for the function, discuss the likely sign of the parameter estimates and what this suggests.
