Case Study
Read the case, and then summarize it using the following outline formula (issue, rule, analysis, conclusion).
Issue: What is the issue in the case? Tell us why the FAA is trying to enforce.
Rule: What is the rule from the case? What Federal Aviation Regulation (“FAR”) was violated? Did the judge interpret the rule? If yes, tell us what the interpretation is.
Analysis: Tell us how the court reconciled the the issue with the rule.
Conclusion: Explain the outcome of the case. What did the court decide? Do you agree with it? >>>Disagree
