Please Choose a procurement case study from your own experience
Undertake a case study of a procurement process and analyse the conditions of implementation, identify the key problems or challenges that arose and make recommendations from lessons learned for future procurement leadership. Provide discussion of your view of whether implementation was successful or not.
The report should include:
- The organisational and market context of the procurement process you are analysing
- Identification, explanation and analysis of the problems or challenges that you have identified including why you believe these arose or occurred.
- Recommendations you offer to address or avoid similar problems or challenges. Draw from the literature in your recommendations.
- Lessons learned for ongoing procurement leadership
