Case Study
Feedback on the case study. The following needs to be looked at prior to submitting the final document.
REFERENCING: this needs to be in APA 7th referencing style, please review.
You have used 6 out of the 8 references supplied that is great, if you feel that another reference would also be useful, please use that as well, additional references will help with the case study, as long as a minimum of 5 of the 8 references supplied are used.

Choice of language
Remember with acronyms you will need to spell out the words on first use, put the acronym in parentheses, then use the acronym for all subsequent uses. For example, European Union (EU).
Spelling / Grammar
When reviewing your work, I did notice that it is necessary for you to consider revising the use of capital letters in your assignment. Capitalisation: You do not need to use capital letters for words that are not pronouns, abbreviations, acronyms.
Articles: There are three articles (a, an, and the) and they are used to describe nouns. The word the is a definite article because it is used to refer to a specific noun/thing. For example: get in the car. In this example, the word the is referring to a specific car. The words a and an, however, are indefinite articles as they do not refer to a specific noun/thing. For example: get in a car. In this example, the word a (instead of the) suggests that the person should get into any car – not a specific car identified by the speaker.
The word a is used before a noun that begins with a consonant, and the word an is used before a noun that begins with a vowel.
Referencing
The first time you use a source with three or more authors, you need to cite all of their names. The second time, you use et al. For example the first use would be (Martins, Smith & Jones, 2018) In subsequent citation of this source, you would write (Martins et al., 2018).

Question 1.1 Make sure you talk about fever using keywords such as, infection, hypothalamus, set point etc. Talk about the physiological changes that occur or the physiology of fever. What do infecting pathogens do how do they stimulate the immune cells to respond. In what way do the immune cells respond and how do the immune cells impact on the hypothalamus and how does the hypothalamus respond.
1.2 Fever is a rise in body temperature, how does fever benefit the body and explain why. Hostile environment etc
