Read Case 9.3, She Snoops to Conquer. Then write a 1-2 page paper that addresses the following questions:
If you were Jean Fanuchi, how would you feel about your decision to order the installations of the viewing and listening devices? What other options did she have? Did she overlook any moral considerations or possible consequences?
Do you think Fanuchi acted immorally? Why or why not? Evaluate her action by appeal to ethical principles.
Be sure to identify the key moral issue(s) involved, the alternative positions, and why the position you are defended is the best one. Also, you should use at least one of the following moral theories/frameworks in making your case: utilitarianism, Kantianism, prima facie obligations, or the ideals/obligations/effects framework.
