career development plan

I will need a one-page career development plan, plus a two page long 30 days, 60 days and 90 days job achievement plan. I currently work at TD Bank (Toronto Dominion Bank ) as an easyline specialist(telephone banking customer service), can use easyline specialist as my position title because I’m applying internal job at TD bank. The position I will be interviewing on Monday is called credit assistant. What I will be doing as a credit assistant is reviewing customer’s mortgage application documents. Making sure it follows the bank’s compliance, as well as pointing out any errors as well as any exceptions before send out to credit analyst to make the final mortgage approval.
