America’s workforce

According to Nan Van Den Bergh, (2008), America’s workforce is becoming increasingly diverse as is witnessed by the fact that 75% of all new entrants to the labor force during the 1990s will be ethnic minorities and women. He concluded that the successful integration of diverse employees into the workforce can be enhanced by using groups to facilitate the dual socialization process involved in developing a bicultural identity. Developing workplace groups which enhance diversity increases bicultural employees’ sense of belonging to the organization, which generates a more loyal and productive workforce (Nan Van Den Bergh, 2008).

Introduction. To avoid plagiarism, there should be a minimum of 3-6 citations in each paragraph. An introduction to the topic and a discussion of why it is worthy of study. Key concepts/terms should also be defined in the introduction so that the reader is clear about what the essay is going to discuss. The main thrust of your argument or the position that you will take on the issue should also be clearly stated here.
Literature review. To avoid plagiarism, there should be a minimum of 3-6 citations in each paragraph This review should clearly address each of the questions. Be as thorough as possible and should be restricted to literature that you personally have been able to obtain. It is important that your arguments are supported by evidence either obtained through your research. Avoid using personal experiences, speculations or unsubstantiated claims. This assignment is evidenced based. Excellent papers address all aspects of the questions so be sure that you have read the question closely and that you provide sufficient depth to each of your answers. The topics generally have a theory (What is it?), an empirical (What is the evidence?) and a practical application. A mix of scholarly journals and information from the search engine is therefore expected in your essay so as to answer each of the questions adequately.
Conclusion. To avoid plagiarism, there should be a minimum of 3-6 citations in each paragraph A summary or conclusion that brings together the major points in the main body of the essay and is consistent with what was stated in the introduction. The conclusion should not introduce new ideas or lines of thought that have not previously been discussed in the main body of the essay. I’m interested also in your analysis or evaluation of the material; seek to move beyond description (what) to explanation (why). An adequate conclusion would normally be between half and three quarters of a page. Two to three sentences are not sufficient.
