Poster presentation for lab report /AN
The poster presentation is a group project (20pt). However, there will also be an individual
component(20pt) based on the individual demonstration of knowledge of their research study (I may
ask questions after/during the poster presentation.
Owing to limited time and the virtual environment – you will present your poster virtually during
scheduled class time. The poster will be on a single power point slide – treating it as a poster. You
can do this as a shared document to allow all to edit.
Parts of the poster (see the attachment for suggested setup)
Title (top) with logo of college on one side
Authors (alphabetical order and in APA format below) in smaller font
Institution (below authors)
Include: introduction. methods. results. discussion. reference.
The poster must include components from each individual report. The group will choose the graphs/
tables etc that will be included. The introduction is a very short, concise summary in the poster so
you will have to work as a group to develop that section as well as the abstract/discussion.
As in any conference poster presentation – the presentation must not exceed 10 minutes.
